Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Triumph Marketing. We are committed to delivering world-class services, strategic guidance, and client satisfaction. This policy outlines our cancellation and refund protocols.

1. Appointment Rescheduling & Cancellations

• Free Rescheduling: You may reschedule your consultation or strategy session up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled time without any penalty.
• Cancellations with Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund (minus nominal payment gateway processing fees if applicable).
• Late Cancellations & No-Shows: If a cancellation is requested with less than 24 hours' notice or in the event of a client no-show without prior notice, fees for that reserved slot are non-refundable as our specialists allocate dedicated time exclusively for your booking.

2. Custom Projects & Strategy Engagements

• For multi-week strategic engagements, custom design projects, or bespoke growth retainers, work commences immediately following the initial onboarding kickoff.
• Refunds for custom scope work are calculated pro-rata based on milestones completed up to the date of cancellation.

3. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking) through our authorized payment partner Razorpay. Refund processing typically takes 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your bank account, depending on your financial institution.

4. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

To request a refund or appointment cancellation, simply contact our support team with your Booking Slip Token Number or Payment Reference ID.
